Delivery & Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only offer online order shipping within Singapore. For overseas inquiries, please contact Patrick at +65 8845 5353.


Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free for orders above $100. Otherwise, a flat rate of $18 applies.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Livestock: Orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. All other orders (tanks, equipment etc): Typically arrive within 10 working days.


Q: Can I track my order online?

A: We don't offer online order tracking at this time. For questions relating to orders, please contact us at +65 8905 5555.


Q: Do you offer self pick-up?

A: Yes, a self pick-up option is available during checkout. You can collect your order at our location: 223 Jalan Kayu Singapore 799447.


Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return livestock?

A: Due to the perishable nature of live animals, all livestock sales are final.


Q: Can I return items under warranty?

A: Absolutely! Please refer to your warranty information for specific instructions on returning an item under warranty.


Q: Can I return clearance or preloved items?

A: No, unfortunately, clearance and preloved items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
